- Residency Form Department of Labor Wage Rates as of 11/29/2016 FBOP Technical Design Guidelines Security Glazing FBOP Technical Design Guidelines Detention Hollow Metal Doors and Frames FBOP Technical Design Guidelines Secure Construction Requirements RFQP02131700014 Solicitation Cover Letter for RFQP02131700014 The Federal Correctional Institution, Schuylkill, Minersville, Pennsylvania, anticipates the formation of a Requirements contract for the fabrication and installation of a store front window/door combination, as well as removal of the existing unit. The Davis Bacon Act will apply to this acquisition and current wage rates found on WDOL applicable to each trade will apply. This contract is anticipated to be a total small business set-aside per the SBA. This requirement is being sent out with the requirement specific statement of work (SOW) and will be posted as a request for quote (RFQ). This will require a technical volume to be submitted with the pricing and is expected to be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with Past Performance. Respondent must specify whether it is either a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. Foreign participation is not permitted. Respondent must specify whether it is a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, woman-owned small business, HUBZone small business, veteran-owned small business or service-disabled veteran-owned small business. This contract will be for the fabrication and installation of a store front window/door combination and removal of the existing unit, at FCI Schuylkill. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, labor, management, licensing, certifications, supervision, equipment, services, and perform all operations required for the completion of work. Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions. Manufacturer warranty is required.
