Description

The scope of the project is to construct a secondary means of emergency egress and installation of an OSHA approved handrail for the penthouse level of Building 1. The project includes predominately-structural systems and some minor modifications to other systems, as applicable. Network Contracting Office - 8 anticipates the solicitation will be issued on December 21, 2016, and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (https://www.fbo.gov). In accordance with Veterans Affairs (VA) Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204(f), the construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Product/Service Code: Z1DZ This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) data base and complete online Reps and Certs at https://www.sam.gov/. All SDVOSB offerors must be verified by the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov to be eligible for award.
