Description

This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research for acquisition planning purposes for the future solicitation of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for Medical Sharing Services and to determine if there are any vendors with economic status of Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Women Owned, and other Small Businesses that can provide care for homeless Veterans in San Francisco. The projected period of performance is December 25, 2016 through December 24, 2017 with up to 4 option years. The socio-economic status of the responders will determine the type of set-aside, if any. Summary of Work The contactor shall provide Medical Support Assistant for Radiology to the VA Medical Center, San Francisco, California. Services include clerical scheduling and reception duties for diagnostic imaging services at this facility. This work will require VA network access to use the Vista application. Works closely with radiologists and the Lead MSA to assure optimum quality control, coordination of activities, and that all scheduling metrics are achieved. These metrics include exceptional customer service via phone and in person; scheduling all requested exams within 7 days; all patient scans completed within 30 days; all cancellation of exams are to immediately notify the ordering physician. (Please see the attached DRAFT PWS for additional information.) There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 561320 Temporary Help Services with Business size of $27.5 million. NOTE: Please ensure that your SAM indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement.
