- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WI City: Milwaukee Delineated Area: North: East Mason Street South: East Michigan St. West: North Milwaukee Street East: Van Buren Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): n/a Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): n/a Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): n/a Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: Lot must have some form of security measures such as; gates, guards, cameras, etc. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
