- Special Notice: This posting constitutes the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) notice of intent to award a sole source contract for lease of an audio stereo pair with slate or "Picture with Audio" functionality on Eutelsat 7 West A @7.3 degree. The anticipated period of performance is December 28, 2016 through December 27, 2017. BBG intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price purchase order to XWRN Broadcast, Unit 1 10 Wyvile Road Wyvile Court, London, UK SW8 2TG on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Government. The capability statement shall be sufficient enough in detail for BBG to make an evaluation of capability of the source without any additional submissions. The NAICS code for the effort is 517410: Satellite Communications and the small business sized standard is 32.5 M.
