Request for Quotations SCOPE OF WORK for Purchase of STEM Trailer GENERAL INFORMATION 1.The Massachusetts Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion would like to procure services to design and construct a STEM Command Center trailer for use with PITSCO Education Robotics Program. 2. Description of solution: • Full length Trailer • Storage area for Robotics Kits and equipment • Self-Contained power source for autonomy • Four Command Stations integrating PITSCO transmitters and receivers • Four independent roll-out stations with flip up sides and supporting four teams of two people each per station • Branded trailer wrap • Vendor MUST ability and permission to gain access to PITSCO and their proprietary equipment to ensure compatibility. Command Center must work seamlessly with robotics 3. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/ Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013.
