The Contractor shall furnish Urgent/Emergent Inter-Facility ALS/BLS Ground Ambulance Transport Services for the patients/beneficiaries of the Omaha VA Medical Center located at 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha NE 68105. Contractor shall provide service 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, including weekends and holidays, for the term of this contract. Contractor shall provide ambulances, insurance, qualified personnel to provide advanced and basic life support as described within Request for Quote (RFQ) documents for this procurement.
