- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation H92240-17-Q-2004 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92240-17-Q-2004, and a firm fixed price contract is contemplated. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92 effective 18 November 2016, DFARS 20161104, and SOFARS 201608. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business set-aside to responsible offerors. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees. By submitting an offer, the offeror is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contrast from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of an active registration in the SAM database may make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220, or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
