MARKET SURVEY CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT FOR THE OFFICE OF SECURITY AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SAFETY (ASH) This is a market survey for ASH Program Support Services. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses capable of providing ASH Program Support Services. The FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: ¿-Type of services provided by your firm. ¿-Size and type of services of a like or similar nature provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance). ¿-Number of years in business. ¿-Evidence your company has a CMM Rating (Capability Maturity Model)for software development, and if so, what is your rating. ¿-Evidence your company has a Facility Security Clearance, and if so, the level. 2. Geographical areas where your company can provide services. ¿-FAA facilities or vendor facilities, if at vendor facilities, cite what State and City 3.Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.). Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, service-disabled veteran-owned and 8(a) certified businesses. Attached is a draft of the statement of work. Respondents are encouraged to review the statement of work and provide comments. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services), with a size standard of $25.5 Million. The FAA currently intends the procurement to include two tiers, one for small businesses and one for all businesses. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. All responses to this market survey must be less than 15 pages and received by January 6, 2017.
