- The Alabama National Guard is seeking contact with companies that specialize in small or low volume postage metering. We have a solution in place for bulk mailing. But, we have many small offices (40+) throughout the state that require intermittent postage metering service. This is only a request for capabilities information and is not a request for quotation. Exchanges of information between the Alabama National Guard and businesses offering information does not obligate the Alabama National Guard, the National Guard Bureau, or the Department of Defense in any way. This not an offer to contract for equipment or services. Do not furnish a quotation. It is only a request for capability information.
