- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number RFQ-OH-17-00035, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). NAICS: 334516Size Standard: 1,000 Employees This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Purpose: This is a brand name RFQ to provide, install, and certify a Karl Fisher titration instrument, using Metrohm brand equipment, capable of both coulometric and volumetric analysis. The instruments shall be used for the determination of water in transportation fuels and fuel additives. The instruments should include any and all reagents required for analysis of water using non-pyridine methods. A 2-year preventative maintenance package which includes certification of the analysis in accordance with ISO17025 shall be included. The instrument shall interface with an existing Metrohm tiamo ® software.
