- Past Performance Questionnare Reps & Certs GSA 527 Solicitation The General Services Administration (GSA) Greater Southwest Region announces an opportunity for Construction Services capable of performing demolition and remodel of a Judge's Jury Room and Court Clerks Offices on the 3rd floor of the U.S. District Courthouse, Fort Smith, AR. Work will consist of demolition, rebuilding walls, restrooms, cabinetry, carpet, paint, electrical, and mechanical. The estimated cost range for all work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a size standard of $35 Million. This project will be solicited as a Set-Aside for Total Small Business Concerns, available for all business types. It is anticipated that this project will take approximately 180 calendar days to complete. To be eligible for contract award responding firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and VETS-4212 Federal Contractor Reporting.
