Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of any existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Replacing Seismically Deficient Building 206 and Demolishing a portion of Building 250 at the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics in White City OR as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems and construction and certain other items. Project Title: Replace Seismically Deficient Building 206 and Demo Portion of B250 Location: VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics, White City OR Project Number: 692-344 Construction Cost Range: $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00 This procurement is being set aside 100% SDVOSB. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 / 36.5mil size standard. Work will include, but is not limited to, selective demolition, general construction, mechanical, landscape and electrical work. Contract completion time will be 450 calendar days from the date of the date of award. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract. As authorized by FAR 5.102, solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and VA will provide no hard copies. The solicitation, consisting of various bid documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will be available for download at no charge at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website in the coming months. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and any amendments, and should re-visit the FBO website periodically to look for any updates. Further details of all dates and events will be available in the solicitation.
