- Advisory and Assistance Services for Office of Army Engagement, Office of the Chief of Staff, Army (OCSA) PWS Advisory and Assistance Services for Office of Army Engagement, Office of the Chief of Staff, Army (OCSA) This is a sources sought synopsis for market research purposes only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. The Government is seeking responses to this sources sought synopsis from all interested businesses capable of providing the requirement. Large and small businesses to include all small business socioeconomic categories (8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting this requirement. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir, Virginia is conducting a sources sought of interested parties capable of providing professional services and expertise in support of the Chief of Staff, Army's strategic engagement organization, environment, events, process, and annual plan. Description of the Requirement to Include: 1. Description of services: The contractor shall advise and provide assistance services to the Chief of Staff, Army on strategic engagement issues, review Chief of Staff, Army strategic engagement events, advise the Chief of Staff, Army on a strategic engagement organization, and advise the Chief of Staff, Army on strategic engagements, a strategic engagement process and annual plan as defined in this Performance Work Statement 2. The estimated period of performance: 01 January 2017 through 31 December 2017, with two additional option years. 3. NAICS code for this requirement: 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services; with a size standard of $15M 4. FSC Code: R499 It is requested that interested firms respond to this synopsis and include the following information: 1. Firm's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2. Firm's capability to perform the required services; include firm's capability to perform arena facility rental and support services, comparable work performed within the past 5 years: a. Brief description of the project, customer name, timeliness of performance, customer satisfaction, and dollar value of the project). 3. Firm's business size and category (Large, Small Business, HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a) etc.) Interested firms shall respond to this sources sought announcement in writing no later than Tuesday 13 December 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Information submitted must be in sufficient detail to allow for a thorough government review of firm's interest and capabilities. This Sources Sought does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this sources sought marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will be considered.
