Sources Sought only. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The purpose of this sources sought is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified/verified Small businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) 337215. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this requirement, the Government will use responses to this sources sought synopsis. The type of solicitation issued and the manner of advertisement will depend on the responses to this sources sought synopsis. Requirements Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320 has a requirement for Deluxe Hygiene Stations with the below characteristics: Dispensers for 2 face masks, 3 tissue boxes, hands free hand sanitizer. Constructed of wood laminate with multiple finish color options. Must be a standalone type, no wall mounted accepted. Lockable tamper-resistant  rear storage compartments to keep supplies on-hand for easy replenishment.  Must come with keys. Convenient front waste receptacle slot to encourage use - waste container included Top, changeable  graphic infection control poster holder space with protective glare-resistant acrylic lens measures: 22"W x 14"H.  Poster should be provided. Be able to accept most popular box dimensions of face masks/tissues. Should have a pusher system that keeps supplies easy to access Wipe able surface. Stable Base approximately 26.5"W x 18"D Base should have glides for easy movement. Overall approximate size: 26.5"W x 18"D x 65"H Must be shipped fully assembled. Submission Requirements for responses to this sources sought synopsis: (1) Your intent to submit a quote for this solicitation when it is formally advertised. (2) Name of firm with address, phone and point of contact. (3) Statement of Capability (SOC) stating your capabilities to provide this equipment. to perform (4) A copy of SAM.GOV active registration. Must reflect Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) and Small Business Administration Certification of Small Business Type, (Reps/Certs) (5) A statement addressing your socioeconomic status such as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Hubzone, etc. All correspondence and responses must be received by 11:00a.m. EST on December 12, 2016 and shall be e-mailed only to William MacDougall, william.macdougall@va.gov
