- Draft RPA PWS Appendix F - Award Fee Plan dated 5 Dec 16 ******** DRAFT PWS POSTED - COMMENTS REQUESTED ******** The Government has posted updated draft documents for this solicitation on 22 Nov 16 (Draft PWS Appendix F posted 6 Dec 16) and is requesting comments by COB Friday, 9 December 2016. Please provide all comments via email to the AMIC RPA Recompete Inbox at accamic.rpa.recomp2016@us.af.mil. In addition, the Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference following release of the RPA O&M RFP. We would like industry feedback NLT COB Friday 9 Dec 16 regarding the need for MQ-1/MQ-9 and RQ-4 site visits. Any site visits would be limited to potentially Creech AFB, NV (MQ-1/MQ-9) and Beale AFB, CA (RQ-4). No site visits to any other sites are anticipated due to cost and logistics constraints. Provide feedback via email to the RPA Recompete Inbox noted above. 1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement closes 12:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, 6 Jul 16. The Government is seeking industry input from all sources (small and large business) at this time. Small Business concerns are highly encouraged to respond to this request in order for the Government to determine if this acquisition should remain full and open competition or set aside for small businesses under the auspices of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation) with a size standard of $32.5M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 488190 in SAM (System for Award Management) at www.sam.gov, formerly known as CCR (Central Contractor Registration). The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice. 2. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package (please limit to no more than 10 pages total) outlining their key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement and addressing the questions found in Attachment 1. Please submit the requested information by e-mail, NLT the closing date and time (6 Jul 16, 12:00 p.m. EDT).
