Description

Solicitation number VA260-17-Q-0077 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76, dated July 25, 2014. The North American Industry Classification system code (NAICS) 337214 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All firms responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal of status verification to be eligible for award. Offerors quotes shall propose a firm fixed price for the supplies listed on VA260-17-Q-0077, subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. The delivery location is: Department of Veterans Affairs Roseburg VA Medical Center 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd Roseburg, OR 97470 Quotes must be received by December 15, 2016 at 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Quotes must be in writing, and may be submitted by electronically. Facsimiles will not be accepted. Description: NCO 20 is soliciting competitive offers for Conference End Desk Furniture Systems. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract, without discussions, to the offeror who represents the best value to the government, based on the evaluation factors outlined under FAR 52.212-2 in the attached solicitation document. Quotes shall be FOB Destination, and inclusive of all shipping charges. Offers: Offerors must provide the following information in order to be considered responsive: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The name, address, DUNS number, and telephone number of the offeror; (3) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate equivalency with the requested items in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (4) A capabilities statement outlining relevant experience and capabilities sufficient enough to determine whether the offeror is capable of performing the required work; (5) Terms of any express warranty; (6) Completed Price schedule and any discount terms; (7) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (if not previously completed electronically in SAM); (8) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (if any); (9) A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. (10) Any other information required by this solicitation. By submitting an offer, the offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for at least 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. No phone calls will be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation, if determined to be required. Individual responses are not promised, and should not be expected. Clauses and provisions from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and supplements thereto are incorporated in this solicitation by reference and in full text. Those incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
