Description

Exchange of Leica Eyepiece for the Department of Veteran Affairs The Department of Veteran Affairs has an acquisition for Exchange of Leica Eyepiece. The Contractor shall provide the requested refurbished Brand Name equipment to the Charlie Norwood Department of Veteran Affairs The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 811219 with a Size Standard of 20.5 million; the PSC is J065. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced acquisition, All interested SDVOSB sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Offered equipment must be Brand Name as established within the delivery schedule of the solicitation, substitutions will not be considered. Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition that is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business set aside. The solicitation will also be posted to fbo.gov with an anticipated posting date on or before 11/07/2016 and a proposal close date of 11/09/2016 4:00 PM EST.
