Description

Dfuze Maintenance Renewal and Updates The National Ground Intelligent Center (NGIC) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to a signle source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, on or about December 15, 2016 to Intelligent Software Solutions, Inc. for Dfuze Software Maintenance Renewal and Updates. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511 with a size standard of $27.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if received by 4:00 p.m December 12, 2016, shall be considered. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Due to the FY17 Continuing Resolution this requirement is subject to the availability of funds - FAR 52.232-18.
