Description

Requirement is to repair and calibration of MX45 and MX135 PPS. This notice is intent to Sole Source with AMETEK, Programmable Power as they are the OEM and only source that can repair the products. Solicitation N00421-17-T-0067 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with AMETEK in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. AMETEK is the OEM and the only know source that can repair the equipment. This notice is intent to Sole Source with AMETEK, Programmable Power. ***Basis for Award*** The vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
