- The Contractor shall supply, install, and make operable new mini-split heating/cooling systems in the comfort stations and shower buildings in the Boulder Recreation Area and McNair Recreation Area and in the Maintenance Buildings located within the maintenance compound at the Carlyle Lake Project in accordance with specifications **Brand Name Restriction** - It is anticipated that this requirement will include brand name restrictions on supplies required. Details will be included with the solicitation posting. Completion Days - 30 days after date of award Estimated Range (in accordance with FAR 36.204) - Between $25,000 and $100,000 Solicitation Type - Invitation for Bid - Small Business Set-Aside Site Inspection - If offered, details will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation, including pertinent documents required for prepaing a bid, will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about 22 December 2016. Any interested party is encouraged to revisit this posting around that time to obtain the solicitation documents.
