- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFP number is N00244-17-R-0003. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-89 effective 01 NOV 2016 and DFARS Publication Notice 20161104. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 488991 and the Small Business Standard is $27.5M. This is a 100% small business set aside action. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego “Seal Beach det. requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Household Goods packing, movement and storage services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and it ™s attachments. Period of performance is 1 January 2016 through 31 December 2017 and will include (4) additional one-year options. Place of performance is throughout Fallon, Churchill County area in the state of Nevada. The SF 1449 is attached which includes the full clause list, and Performance Work Statement, CDRLs, Wage Determinations and other applicable attachments. *THE SF 1449 DOCUMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL PRICING AND APPLICABLE SOLICITATION CLAUSES COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR BID TO BE CONSIDERED
