Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and the associated NAICS codes are 621330 and 561320. The requirement is for two (2) FTE Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. Performance location is at the Cheyenne VAMC located at 2360 E. Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82001. The estimated period of performance will be January 1, 2016 June 30, 2017. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 requires the following items: Please see the solicitation which is attached to this announcement.
