- The Army Medical Department Center and School, Health Readiness Center of Excellence (AMEDDC&S, HRCoE) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas requires a contractor to provide commercial lodging for off-post lodging for students attending the Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC) located at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The expectation is for the contractor to provide guidance, assist with planning, and general other tasks needed to establish lodging alternatives for the overflow requirements. The contractor shall provide experienced personnel support services to coordinate, make room reservations, and arrange lodging accommodations for Soldiers who must be lodged off-post while attending BOLC.
