- Solicitation for NSN 3655-01-622-7808 / 0066612259 / SPE4A6-17-R-0208, Generator, Oxygen / Current quantity: 35 each. DLA Aviation does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. To obtain a copy, go to the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the drawings. If there is specs and standards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain these. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs, you may call the Customer Service Desk at (804)279-3477. Please do not submit requsts for the Technical Data to the Contract Specialist. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. No quantity option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the reseponsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Goverment in price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board System (DIBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under the large procurement procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Contractor First Article Testing Applies. Export Control is required.
