- FA8609-16-X1-6725 Q&A Attach B - Statement of Work, Amended 8 December 2016 Attach A - Section M, Amended 8 December 2016 Attach A - Section L, Amended 8 December 2016 RFP Amendment 02 Letter Thermal Curtains The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date and update the Statement of Work and Sections L & M of RFP FA8609-16-X1-6725. The Government shall receive proposals IAW Section L, dated 8 December 2016, no later than 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time), 15, December 2016, for this RFP. If the USG receives multiple proposals from the same offeror, the latest submission will be considered. Offerors are required to distinctly identify the amended portion of the revised proposal to include identifying the part of the proposal it is amending and/or replacing. The offeror may also submit a complete, revised proposal in lieu of an amendment. Finally the offeror should provide disposition instructions for the original submission. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Questions shall be submitted by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, delana.taylor@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to the Contract Specialist, brussell.bungay@us.af.mil.
