General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:New Jersey City:Eatontown Delineated Area - Between the Garden State Parkway (GSP) exit 100 and exit 114 as follows: North: From West to East (fronting all roads): beginning at Red Hill Rd. heading east to Bamm Hollow Rd., to Oak Hill Rd., to Route 35. East: From South to North (fronting all roads): beginning at Route 33, to Route 18 north, to Deal Rd. east, to Monmouth Rd. north, to Route 71 (Monmouth Rd.) north, to Route 36 east, to Oceanport Ave. north, to Port Au Peck Ave. west, to Oceanport Ave. north, to Sycamore Ave. west, to Route 35 north, to Oak Hill Rd. west. South: Exit 100 on the GSP (fronting all roads): heading west on Route 33 to Shafto Rd. north; and, heading east on Route 33 to Route 18 north.
