Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for the distribution and supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen to be supplied with contractor owned storage tanks to be Bedford VAMC. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, installation, maintenance and back-up storage for the medical-grade bulk liquid oxygen to be supplied with contractor-owned tanks. The applicable NAICS code is 325120. The FSC/PSC is 6505. The government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price will be the only factor. Award will strictly base on Lowest Price Technically acceptable, Best Value to the government. The government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a nine (9) month base plus four (4) potential 12 month option periods. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted and will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about 10/20/2016. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
