Description

This Sources Sought notice is for an anticipated requirement for water treatment plant maintenance services to begin on 1 May 2017 at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy. A draft copy of the performance work statement is attached. The document is only a draft and is not considered a final document. The purpose of this notice is for NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, Detachment Naples, to identify potential sources and to determine the acquisition strategy for these services. Interested vendors capable of providing these services must email a capabilities statement to ryan.fernandez@eu.navy.mil by 9:00AM, Central European Time, 14 December 2016. The capabilities statement shall not exceed six pages. The capabilities statement shall be concise and focused to the required services. Incomplete statements will be reviewed unfavorably. Include: company name; company address; CAGE code; DUNS number; and point of contact with telephone number and email address. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND MUST NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS.
