- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/52. The solicitation number is P17PS00193, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 561621 with an associated small business size standard of $20.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. Also, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov/. DESCRIPTION. Contractor shall provide monitoring, testing, and inspecting of fire alarm system and intrusion security systems in various buildings at Lake Roosevelt NRA (LARO) per the Scope of Work. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. There are a total of four(4) attachments: Attachment no. 1 is the SF-1449, Attachment no. 2 is the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Attachment no. 3 is the Department of Labor (DOL) wage decision (wage rates), Attachment no 4 is Past Performance questionnaire. All attachments can be accessed via the link to FedConnect or by going directly to the FedConnect website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Once at the FedConnect home page, click Search Public Opportunities Only. Next screen under Search Criteria, change the drop-down menu selection to read Reference Number, then type in solicitation number P17PS00193 and click search. Next screen, click the underlined text that is the title of the solicitation shown as ¿Lake Roosevelt NRA (LARO) Alarm System Monitoring and Service. ¿ Next screen is the overview screen. On the right-hand side is the list of documents posted showing the SF-1449 solicitation form and all attachments. The attachments must be opened individually, and can be downloaded and saved or printed. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government anticipates making an award sometime in January, 2017. The period of performance is mandatory, from February 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018. QUOTES ARE DUE BY 4:30PM PACIFIC TIME(PT) ON Friday, DECEMBER 23, 2016.
