Description
Extend Response date to Dec 13, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - FA9302-17-A-0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW with format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government anticipates award of one or more Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-92 and DFARs DPN 20161104. NAICS is 561320 and size standard is $27,500,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards Air Force Base is seeking to purchase the following services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Vendors should be aware that proof of U.S. citizenship is required to gain access to facility where work is to be performed. The government anticipates awarding one or more, 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which may be utilized on an as needed basis. Estimated yearly workload is 364 man hours. Please quote the following: Number of People SIX (6) HOURS EIGHT (8) HOURS TEN (10) HOURS 2 4 6 8 10 The following provisions and clauses apply: Offerors are required to submit their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
