- Draft Performance Work Statement The Office of the Mission and installation Contracting Center - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) has a requirement for Acquisition Support Services. MICC-FSH is issuing this synopsis to notify industry of the procurement for CENTCOM Acquisition Support Services (CASS). The anticipated release date for the request for proposal is on or about 16 January 2017. Solicitation No. W9124J-17-R-0002 will be issued on a full and open/unrestricted basis. This requirement is to provide personal services necessary to provide trained personnel and personal services necessary to perform Acquisition Services, Information Technology Services, Property Administration Support, and Quality Assurance services throughout the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The scope of coverage is the CENTCOM AOR; however, the primary locations to be covered are Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and Qatar. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541611. The source selection process will utilize a best-value lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procurement approach in accordance with the requirements in FAR 15.101-2. The proposed business arrangement and contract type is a Firm Fixed Price/Labor Hour (FFP/LH) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with some Cost Reimbursable CLINs. The anticipated period of performance is as follows: Ordering Period: 21 Sep 2017- 20 Sep 2022 (Includes a 60-day Phase-In POP and 30-day Phase-Out POP) FAR 52.217-8 (6 month extension of services): 21 Sep 2022 - 20 Mar 2023 If your organization is interested in this procurement it is advised that you monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov.
