Description

The US Government intends to extend an existing contract on a sole source basis to Wolverine Services LLC., to provide installation support services to be performed at DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA. The proposed contract action will extend the performance period of Contract SP3300-12-C-0003 by three months in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8. The statutory authority for this action is contracting by Other than Full and Open competition, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The estimated dollar value of this action is $1.7 million for the period of performance of 01 February 2017 through 30 April 2017. The current contract provides installation support services to be performed at DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA, for all labor in support of facilities maintenance and repair, utilities operations, maintenance and repair, mail services, and any other items and services not Government furnished.
