- Justification- Redacted This is a Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order for a base plus two one-year options to Pay Scale Inc., 542 First Ave. S. Ste 400 Seattle, WA, 98104 for the purchase of a Payscale Ic. Subscription. Pay Scale Inc. is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service which is used by Air Force agencies. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all offers received by 16 December 2016, 12:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
