- This requirement was previously synopsized under Solicitation Number N62645-16-R-0031, see the Presolicitation Notice dated 10 September 2016. The notice was modified on 18 October 2016 to reflect the new solicitation number, N62645-17-R-0004. The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to issue a solicitation for various medical services that include the labor bands of Physician, Allied Health, Advanced Practice Nurse, Nursing, Technologist, Technician, and Assistant at Military Treatment Facilities in the Northeastern Region of the United States to include: Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA; Naval Health Clinic Annapolis, MD; Naval Health Clinic Great Lakes, IL; Naval Health Clinic Newport, RI; Naval Health Clinic Patuxent River, MD; Naval Health Clinic Quantico, VA; Naval Branch Health Clinic Groton, CT; Naval Branch Health Clinic Portsmouth, NH; Naval Branch Health Clinic Saratoga Springs, NY and any associated branch clinics. Supplementation of personnel at any DoD or Coast Guard Military Treatment Facility (MTF) who have been granted authority under §10 USC 1091 and whose personnel are located within the states of Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and District of Columbia shall be considered within the scope of the solicitation. This is a competitive procurement for health care workers that will result in a Multiple Award Task Order (MATO), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), personal services type contract. Services will be required beginning on 01 October 2017, for up to 60 months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 622110. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for NAICS Code 622110 is $38.5M. This solicitation is by electronic means only. No hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted to the internet at www.fbo.gov and is estimated to be released approximately December 2016.
