BUILDING 3 CANOPY AMENDMENT NO. A00001 VA244-17-B-0177 This amendment is hereby issued to include the following documents as follows 1. Specification 01-74-19, Construction Waste Management 2. Pre-Construction Risk Assessment checklist Bid Opening Time Change: Bids are due on December 13, 2016 by 1:00 p.m. The bid opening is scheduled Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., Building 19 S, Coatesville VAMC 3. Response to contractor questions: 1. Is it the government's intent to have a ceiling on the underside of this roof canopy such that if one where to look up from the ground level, neither purlins nor structural steel supports would be visible? VA Response: There must be ceiling on the underside of the roof canopy to match or resemble the existing ceiling and install two lights within that ceiling to match or resemble the existing lights.
