Description
Atch 7, Subcontractor Consent Letter Atch 6, Client Authorization Letter Atch 5, Past Performance Information Atch 4, Wage Determination Atch 3, AF Form 66 Atch 2, Bid Schedule Atch 1, Statement of Work Solicitation Funds are not currently available for this requirement. The Government is issuing solicitation number FA4613-17-R-0002, Cathodic Protection at multiple Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) and Launch Facilities (LF) for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. This acquisition is a Total Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 238190, Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors, with a size standard of $15 million. This acquisition is to have a Contractor be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, trenching, boring, excavating, welding, crimping, equipment, appliances, transportation, travel, services, supervision and notifications/inspections required to replace Cathodic Protection Systems installed at Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) and Launch Facilities (LF) located within the states of Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska under the control of F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. At MAFs and LFs, the contractor shall install new anodes and leads in new bore holes and connect them to the existing anode junction boxes and rectifiers. The contractor shall be required to demonstrate adequate Galvanic and Impressed Current System Cathodic Protection experience/certifications for the underground structures associated with each site. The statement of magnitude for this acquisition is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. In accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policy, all contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, to be eligible to receive an award.
