Description

W-9 Paperwork Picture and layout of Current Building Vendor Certification Standard Terms Long Beach Job Corps, a 300 student vocational training center and operated under DOL contract DOLETA16H004 by Odle Management LLC is requesting bids to replace a building on center. The current building is a modular office building that houses 2 different departments and the building needs to be replaced. The current building is 40 X 72 and has 9 offices, 1 bathroom and 1 storage room. The replacement building will need to have similar square feet and similar layout. The vendor must be able to remove current building, install new building along with connections of all plumbing and electrical. The vendor must have all current licenses and certifications to install this type of building. Vendor must be fully insured and be able to show proof of previous type of work. Interested vendors are welcomed to call and make an appointment to view current building. Appointments can be made by calling Peter Young at 562-491-5180 during regular business hours. Vendor must include a reasonable timeline from the beginining of work to completion of the project. All bids must be submitted via email by December 23, 2016 by 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
