Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 effective July 14, 2016. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and only qualified respondents may submit quotes. Quotes are requested VIP verified SDVOSB s only. Only quotes from firms that are certified to meet Small business size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the small business program. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and an addendum is below. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and an addendum is below. This solicitation VA258-17-Q-0124 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339950 Sign Manufacturing. This RFQ is being issued as a SDVOSB Total set a-side under NAICS Code 339950 Sign manufacturing, with a small business standard of 500 employees. Any Award Made as a Result of this Solicitation will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Vendors must submit quotes in accordance with the solicitation shown here as an attachment and all associated documents. All Items being Solicited must be of New Manufacture; No Remanufactured or "Grey Market" items allowed.
