Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of Cantharidin (Cantharone) compounding for use at Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic Fort Drum, NY. The potential contract will require the supply of the Cantharone on an as needed basis as a prescription, applied by the licensed dermatologist. The potential contractor will compound the Cantharone upon receipt of order and ship to the requiring clinic. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests. Interested parties should submit notice of ability to supply specified item via email to: Tiffany.M.Narbone.civ@mail.mil no later than 16 December 2016, 4:00 pm EST. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY REGION HEALTH CONTRACTING OFFICE - ATLANTIC PLAN THEIR ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
