This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Albany, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about December 14, 2016 for Replacement of Combustion Controls on Summer Boiler Project No. 528A8-17-844. There will be a brand name justification provided for replacement parts to be Preferred utilities manufacturing Corp. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $15 million. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Information regarding the site visit will be stated in the Solicitation. This procurement will be completed under FAR 12 and 13.
