- Statement of Work Linear Alignment Single Vessel Chamber Phoenix Veterans Administration Health Care Services 650 E. Indian School Road Phoenix, AZ 85012 1.0 Background The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to procure an expansion to previously purchased equipment. This includes a specialized a tissue perfusion chamber. The perfusion bath attaches via various connectors, tubing, and wiring to an (already owned) arteriography system that allows for the fine and precise measurement of small vascular tissues while keeping the tissue alive and active in conditions similar to what it would have within the body. This service is in support of Laboratory research projects. This service is required to extend the capabilities of current workflow restrictions due to a lack of enough Vascular Perfusion chambers and attached Thermistor Controllers for regulating their temperature. The Purchase needs to include: 3.000 EA CH-1-LIN Linear Alignment Single Vessel Chamber from Living Systems (Catamount Research and Development) 2.0 Tasks: The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, and equipment required for tasks outlined in this SOW. In accordance with Appendix A, Handbook 6500.6 Checklist blocks 6, the C&A requirements do not apply to this requirement, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. Due to the non-technical nature of this requirement, in reference to no. 7 there is no information to be protected. This product does not capture or produce PII or PHI. There is no storage mechanism in the equipment or software per the Research Privacy Officer.
