Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to procure the following from Beacon Point Associates, LLC (registered SDVOSB) on a sole source basis for the Tomah, Wisconsin VA Medical Center located at 500 E. Veterans Street Tomah, WI 54660: Powered Ambulance Cots and equipment This equipment is to be directly integrated with existing Stryker loading system in transportation equipment currently in use at the facility. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis IAW Vets Benefits Act 38 U.S.C. 8127, a contract to verified Veteran Owned Small Business Beacon Point Associates, LLC. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 and the size standard is 750 employees. Sources may identify their interest and/or capabilities by responding to this notice. This notice, however, is NOT a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers and no such solicitation is available. All responses to this notice that are received within three days of its publication will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
