- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anchorage, AK has a requirement for a commercial item or service. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (as supplemented with additional information included in this notice). This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number F17PS00112. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFQ falls under procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #05-92, effective Nov 18, 2016. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 811310, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except automotive and electronic) repair and maintenance and the business size standard is $7.5 million. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to repair and maintain a Government owned grader. Following repairs to be made on 1998 John Deere 772 CH Motor Grader machine currently located at 2301 Candelaria Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 SERIAL # DW772CH566909 ¿Remove & Replace Transmission with John Deere Re-manufactured Transmission assembly & Charge Pump, including a nationwide warranty - 12 months unlimited hours parts labor. ¿Remove both ripper cylinders, replace seals, re install ¿Replace Line and Fittings on Right Blade Cylinder ¿Remove Side Shift Cylinder, replace seals, re install ¿Drain Fuel Tank ¿ remove all old fuel from fuel tank ¿Clean fuel tank ¿Clean and flush fuel system ¿Replace ALL Battery cables, replace battery Hold Downs ¿Check starter, replace if needed ¿Perform Complete Mold board adjustments ¿Replace Moldboard Cutting edges, and cutting edge bolts ¿Replace & adjust Blade Circle wear inserts ¿Replace & adjust Side Shift wear inserts ¿Replace Right Front Drive Light ¿Replace Windshield with OEM windshield ¿Reseal Door Glass ¿Clean & adjust door Latches ¿Replace Rear wiper motor ¿Install New Wiper blades (ALL) ¿Complete Full PM(preventive maintenance) service to include ALL Fluids Transportation of machine to be included in the price of repairs.
