- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Central Business District of East Hartford, CT Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of Hillside Street and Burnside Avenue, go eastward on Burnside Avenue to the intersection of Scotland Road. South: From the intersection of Burnside Avenue and Scotland Road, go southward on Scotland Road continuing onto Forbes Road to the intersection of Silver Lane. West : From the intersection of Forbes Road and Silver Lane, go westward on Silver Lane to the intersection of Roberts Street. Go northward on Roberts Street, continue onto Hillside Street to the intersection of Burnside Avenue. East: From the intersection of Silver Lane and Roberts Street, go northward on Roberts Street to the intersection of Hillside Street, then continue northward onto Hillside Street to the intersection at Burnside Avenue. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,454 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,777 Space Type: Office - Class A Building Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 84 months Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Space shall be contiguous on one floor The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. Space shall be located within a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) CAD drawing of space offered. •3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •4) Rentable Square Feet Offered •5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •6) Estimated rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate and whether the rate if offered on a fully serviced, NNN or modified gross basis. If the rate is not offered on a fully serviced basis, the offeror shall provide estimated additional net terms to bring the rent up to a fully serviced equivalent. •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
