Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The purpose is to identify sources that are capable of conducting a study on Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS) and test gas exchange, biocompatibility, and lifetime of microfluidic artificial lung devices. Monthly meetings shall be conducted between at least one representative and Ann Arbor Medical staff appointed to this study. Data from the study shall be submitted monthly. Offeror shall submit their plan for conducting the study, plan for submittal of test results. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought by Friday, December 15, 2016, 3:00 P.M. (EST). Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address. (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address. (3) DUNS and NAICS code. (4) Business Size: SMALL or LARGE. (5) Type of Business: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVOSB), VETERAN OWNED (VOSB), 8A, HUBZone, WOMEN-OWNED (WOSB), etc. (6) Applicable GSA/FSS Contract Number (if applies). All businesses eligible to conduct this study are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above noted service.
