- Updated Global RLP - All other documents from the original RLP package can be used again to submit bids for this lease procurement. U.S. GOVERNMENT U.S. Forest Service (FS) seeks to lease the following space: State: MI City: Manistee Delineated Area: South - Red Apple Road and 28th St., North - Manistee City Line, East - Manistee Lake, West - Lake Michigan. All properties lie on the boarder of the delineated area shall be considered. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,432 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,000 Space Type: Current Flex Space (Office 7208SF, 792SF heated garage, Detached Garage 3,432SF) Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 14 Parking Spaces (Reserved): [......] Full Term: 7 years Firm Term: 4 years Option Term: 3-1 year option years Additional Requirements: [......] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. All utilities as well as janitorial services are be paid by the lessee and facility care including but not limited to lawn care, snow removal, building maintenance shall be paid by the lessor. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Manistee, MI, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
