SOLICITATION: VA786-17-R-0052 PROJECT LOCATION: STAUNTON NATIONAL CEMETERY PROJECT TITLE: Staunton National Cemetery Grounds Maintenance The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at the Staunton National Cemetery, located at 901 Richmond Ave, Staunton, VA 24401. All services described in the Work Statement, including technical specifications, schedules, addenda, clauses, terms and conditions of the contract shall form the complete scope of work. The period of performance is from Date of Award through September 30, 2017, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options, if exercised. SITE VISIT: Staunton National Cemetery is a satellite cemetery under the supervision of the staff at Culpeper National Cemetery. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect a one or all sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 01/03/2017. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive/technically unacceptable and your proposal will be removed from further consideration.
