- Video Information (VI) Productions THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH EFFORT ONLY THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for capability information only and does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to parties regarding their submissions. The Army Multimedia and Video Information Directorate, Production Acquisition Division (AMVID / PAD) is conducting this market research effort to identify Small Businesses that are interested in and have the resources and capability in producing Documentary or Scenario based video productions of various lengths and styles utilizing NAICS 512110, Motion Picture and Video Production. In order to achieve a thorough understanding of capabilities, interested parties shall please provide a short but detailed capability information explanation as follows: - Technical Capability : Provide detailed capability information on the organization, management controls, technical skills, necessary production and technical equipment and facilities, or the ability to obtain them. Provide capability to produce multiple projects concurrently. - Staffing : Address your organizational staffing; education and experience of Script Writers, Producers and Directors. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. -Experience and Past Performance: Provide information that includes: -Links to Video Samples -Sample Treatments -Sample Scripts -Direct experience with military projects -Budget Management (levels handed and how many time within budget) -Awards Received (Emmy, Cine, Academy) -Client Comments The Government will not review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to the information requested. There is no page limit, however, vendors are encouraged to provide concise responses specifically responding to the capabilities. Responses shall be submitted in PDF or MS Word Format. (if applicable): Cover Page.
