Description

SF-1449-HSCGG8-17-Q-MWY254 The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase: B13A 36VDC, 55aH Industrial-Grade Battery (fits LEKTRO Ap8850SDA) in accordance with the specifications listed in the RFQ. See attached RFQ package for a listing of requested items. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully HOW TO RESPOND: This request for quotes is unrestricted. In order to compete for this project, interested parties must providing a quote by 16 December 2016 at 1:00PM EST. Offeror's must submit quotes to SK2 Christine Martin via electronic transmissions to Christine.e.martin@USCG.mil The reference number HSCGG8-17-Q-MWY254 be included in the subject line. EVALUATION PROCESS: LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THE LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY. IF IT IS FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE AN AWARD WILL BE MADE. IF IT IS FOUND UNACCEPTABLE THE NEXT LOWEST PRICE WILL BE EVALUATED.
